How Bazar, a community gem for Gainesville, became a Tenant at the bottom of the parking lot downtown recently. Offering Music, Curated vintage and pop clothing, they also present Downtown Markets and Concerts throughout town. It was a hard won Tenancy..taking 7 months of negotiations and paperwork to get to the finish line.
